Submit Your Annual Grant Report

All grant reports must be received within 1 year of the date of the award letter that accompanied the grant check. If the award was a multi-year grant we still require an annual report as to how those incremental grant funds were used.

Also, if the award was a multi-year grant then the organization receiving the grant must submit a final report within one year of receiving the final payment of the multi-year grant.

In most cases the Foundation requires that a grant report be submitted before an organization can be considered for subsequent grants.
